Just wanted to note that the service we have received from your company that started from communication via email to our arrival at Nadi International airport to the Tuesday 6pm transfer by van to our hotel by driver Sica (? registration plate LH957) was outstanding customer service. Sica had excellent communication skills providing us with valuable information along the way. He also was kind enough to support us by making a short stop off for water for our children and supplies. Sica’s driving skills on dusk and at night was excellent making us feel safe throughout our journey to the Shangri-La Hotel. We do hope that Sica, Siti and Kolora supervisors and managers can recognise this message and the outstanding service of your staff.

I would like to thank all the staff at Pacific Destinations for our smooth transition from Nadi airport to Port Denarau and return. On our return we had some hours to fill in and for a small fee we were able to see a bit of Nadi. Our driver THOMAS was very helpful in showing us around. On Friday my husband, daughter and myself had a transfer from the Hilton to the Airport. I want to compliment Raj our driver for his dedication and who gave us amazing customer service. Raj arrived right on time and the whole time he was friendly and offered great travel tips for Fiji. Both drivers were exceptionally courteous and friendly. However, a real stand out was "Roneel" our departure transfer driver. He was fantastic!!! Not only friendly and efficient but also knowledgeable about the sights on the drive to the airport. It felt more like a guided tour than a simple airport transfer.
